U.S. NetworX acquires webDCI.com website hosting providers

U.S. NetworX today announced its acquisition of WebDCI, a website hosting provider that specializes in databases and Windows-based websites. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The assets acquired include WebDCI’s hosting servers and customer base.

With this acquisition, customers of WebDCI will be able to utilize more services plus ample expansion space, and will enjoy new options in hosting services, intranets, databases, and dedicated servers. Having previously acquired two other hosting providers, U.S. NetworX has a successful record of integrating companies smoothly and delivering uninterrupted service to customers.

U.S. NetworX CEO, David Crawford, said WebDCI customers can expect superior value and support from the combined company. “We’re dedicated to providing personalized hosting services to each of our business clients, and we look forward to working closely with the customers of WebDCI.”
