Crystal Tech offers high end website hosting for a new low end price

In a move that is virtually unheard of in the website hosting industry, CrystalTech Web Hosting Inc, a Phoenix, Arizona based company specializing in Microsoft Windows website hosting, finished the revision of all of their shared and dedicated hosting plans by decreasing the pricing of, yet increasing the services offered by, all website hosting Plans. The changes began in May when CrystalTech unveiled new Shared Hosting Plans that decreased in price yet included many new features like shared SSL on their Plan I, a SQL database on their Plan II, and more. In July, CrystalTech revealed their new Dedicated Hosting Plans, adding two new dedicated servers to their offerings and allowing customers to build a custom server by selecting software (including free professional licenses to SmarterMail, a fully functional mail server, and SmarterStats, an enterprise-level website log analyzer) to be included on their specific hardware setup.

When asked how, and why, CrystalTech revised their hosting plans, Tim Uzzanti, CrystalTech’s CEO, responded "The short answer is because we could, and because we want everyone to experience the benefits of hosting at CrystalTech". When pressed for the long answer, Mr. Uzzanti replied, "I feel we built CrystalTech the right way. Unlike other hosting companies, we spent our time, effort and money on our internal systems and infrastructure first, and on building the business with a solid foundation. We did not start the company by going after a ton of customers, paying a small fortune on advertising, and then struggling to build the infrastructure to keep up with the number of sign ups we had. We concentrated our efforts on the back end of the business by building our own site management application, building an infrastructure that can support virtually unlimited growth, optimizing our systems, and hiring only the best network administrators to manage our network and provide customer support. We are now at a point where we feel comfortable increasing our growth and in presenting CrystalTech to the rest of the world".

"Having said all that", Mr. Uzzanti continued, "looking at our numbers through the first half of this year, we’re at about a 50% growth rate. That growth, plus the fact that we continue to be profitable, is fantastic in this industry and in these rather trying economic times. Lowering our pricing, and increasing our offerings across the board, makes CrystalTech accessible to a wider range of customer. People should not have to suffer through poor or nonexistent support, sub-standard hardware and infrastructure, consistent billing issues and more just to save a few dollars a year. They can pay an honest, low rate and still receive 24/7/365 phone and email support, one hour site builds, services from Tier 1 providers, and the best Control Center in the business."

CrystalTech is continually looking for ways to improve the services they offer both current and future customers. Their recent price reductions are a perfect example of their quest to provide an honest, stable and secure hosting environment for every level of customer, from the Fortune 500 corporation to the single domain, single page web design novice. With their stable growth, their continued profitability and their commitment to customer satisfaction, CrystalTech proves that they are going to be around for a long time to come.
